Where I left off…

This book was the last thing I did before Ava was born (and before I decided to step back from work for a little while). In fact, I was actually signing off on Blueberry Bay proofs while I was going in labour.

So to me, Blueberry Bay feels like where I left off.

The timing, of course, was perhaps less than ideal, because when I should/could have been promoting, marketing, and selling my book, I was nursing and playing with my baby. So, no regrets there - but I do feel a but like this book didn’t get a fair shot.
